The Rubio Group was formed in January 2018 when Catherine's daughter, Maya Bonello, chose to make real estate her career. It was a professional dream come true for Catherine to work with her daughter, knowing they shared a common passion for people and real estate. So, The Rubio Group was formed!
Throughout Catherine's career, she has found great joy in helping her clients achieve real estate success and, in turn, making clients for life. Living in Northern Virginia since 1998, Catherine has had the honor to work and serve in the real estate market since 2002. She has a broad knowledge of the area, a keen eye for market trends, and is herself a vast resource. All combined, help her keep a pulse on the market.
Maya, a military wife, and mother of soon to be 3 brings her extensive knowledge of business and marketing to our group, along with her superb communication skills. Her clients are her number one priority, working hard to help them achieve their real estate goals! Based in Fairfax, Maya has a sharp eye for finding a deal, even in our competitive market! Additionally, Maya and her husband have several years of experience in real estate investing, renovating homes, and selling quickly. They enjoy sharing their knowledge with other investor clients.
To balance our group out, Catherine knew she had to bring our final team member, Debbie Stump. Debbie is a past military wife and mother of four. Her attention to detail is top-notch, and she has a unique way of connecting with people that makes them feel comfortable, like family. She is a tough negotiator, thinks outside the box, and never gives up! Debbie thoroughly enjoys helping her clients find the right home and has many new construction industry connections.
Together we are a force in our industry with a combined 26 years of experience! We serve all Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Arlington Prince William Counties, Alexandria, Falls Church, and Manassas. We also serve the areas of Stafford and Spotsylvania Counties and Fredericksburg City.
